LESSONS & EXCURSIONS

SUP or also called Paddle Surf is an accessible sport to everyone but it has some techniques that must be learned in order to enjoy it well.

How to stand up, positioning, how to paddle,... are techniques that must be learned with a specialized coach.

From June to October from our point The Paddle Point on Torre Valentina beach (Sant Antoni de Calonge).

Out the summer season, lessons can be scheduled, with prior reservation, in different places on the Costa Brava.
