Connect with the sea and test yourself...

SUP Yoga is the name that receives this variant of traditional yoga, performed on a paddle surfboard (SUP) inside the sea.
Moored in a buoy all together, and with views of the beach from the sea, we will perform relaxation and yoga positions on the board with the indications of a SUP Yoga professional who will guide you in the experience at all times.
Relax, feel the sea and empty yourself from stress and thoughts as you work your balance and tonify your body and your mind.

It is not necessary to have any knowledge of paddle surfing or yoga to perform the activity.
